These Terms of Use govern your use of the web site located at www.gogardengoonline.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by GoGardenGo, LLC. These Terms of Use apply to both visitors who browse the Site or participate in our forums, and customers who purchase goods in the online store.

GoGardenGo, LLC reserves the right to moderate all user generated content and remove any content for any reason without notice. While we have the right to monitor activity and content associated with the Site, we are not obligated to do so. And since we do not, and may not have the ability to control or actively monitor all content, we don’t guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. We encourage you to notify us of inappropriate or illegal content and we reserve the right to remove postings for any reason. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss of damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial or access to any content on the Site.
